Having Trouble Downloading? Please Try These Steps Before Reaching Out

  • Try a Different Browser: If you’re unable to download, switch to a different browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Brave, or Vivaldi. Sometimes, default security settings in certain browsers can block ZIP file downloads.
  • Copy and Paste the Link: Copy the download link and paste it into an alternative browser.
  • Email the Link to Yourself: Copy the link, email it to yourself, and then open it from your email on another device or browser.
  • Check Your Network: Workplace Wi-Fi may have strict security settings that block downloads. If possible, try downloading from your home network.
  • Disconnect VPN: Virtual Private Networks can sometimes block our website or download links. Disconnect your VPN and try again.
  • Download One Pack at a Time: If you’ve purchased multiple packs, downloading them one at a time can prevent bandwidth issues and stalled downloads.
  • iPad/iPhone Users: Direct downloads of ZIP files may not be supported on iOS devices. Please download the files to a computer first, unzip them, and then transfer them to your iPad or iPhone.

Didn’t Receive the Download Email?

  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Double-check that you entered your email address correctly at checkout.
  • Note: Yahoo emails have been experiencing delivery issues since 3/1/25. If you use Yahoo and haven’t received your download email, please contact us with an alternative email address (Gmail is preferred) so we can update your account and resend your links.
  • If you continue to experience issues, reach out via direct email, Facebook, Instagram, or our contact form. Please provide your order email, date and approximate time of purchase, total amount, and the packs you ordered. We’ll locate your transaction, correct any errors, and resend your confirmation/download link. If needed, we can provide a Dropbox link for your downloads.

File Delivery

After purchase, you’ll receive an email immediately with a download link for each pack. If you buy multiple packs, you’ll receive one email containing all your download links. All files are delivered as ZIP archives for convenient, one-click downloads.

Extracting MP3 Songs from ZIP Files

  • Mac OS: Use the built-in unzip utility. Select all MP3 files and drag them into your desired folder.
  • Windows 11: Use the built-in unzipper.
  • Windows 10 or earlier: You may need a free unzip program such as WinZip or 7-Zip.

Song Formats

All songs are provided in MP3 format, with select tracks also available in WAV.

Bitrate Quality

The majority of MP3 files are delivered at 320 kbps. Some rare remixes may be 256 kbps or 192 kbps.

Multiple Versions of Songs

Some songs may include different edits (full version, quick 1-verse, 2-verse), as well as clean, explicit, and various remix or intro versions.

Song Quality

Over 95% of songs are provided in 320 kbps quality; a small number are 192 kbps or 256 kbps.

Preview Before Purchase

Most packs include a sample player on the store page, allowing you to preview tracks before purchasing.

Purchasing Individual Tracks

Currently, songs are only available as part of a pack, not individually.

DJ Software Compatibility

All songs are compatible with major DJ software such as Serato, Virtual DJ, and Traktor. Once unzipped, files can be used on both Mac and Windows systems.

Beatgridding

Not all songs are pre-beatgridded. You may need to analyze and set beat grids in your DJ software as needed.
