Refund Policy
At Synotic Digital, we offer non-tangible, irrevocable digital products. As is standard within the digital goods industry, all sales are final, and we do not provide refunds once a product has been purchased. We strongly encourage all customers to review product descriptions carefully before completing a purchase.
Refund requests are considered only under exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate orders or fraudulent charges. Each request is evaluated by our Accounts Department in accordance with our internal criteria. While Synotic Digital is not obligated to provide refunds for any reason, we may do so at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with our Company Policies, Refund Policy, or Terms and Conditions.
For any refund that is approved, the amount will be credited to your bank account within 5–7 business days. Please note that, as our offerings are digital services, we do not process returns, exchanges, or shipping.
If a refund is granted, your license to use the associated digital products, samples, or presets will be permanently revoked.
Please be aware that we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for sale items or gift cards.
